No one should have to shrink an idea to fit the place that will have them.
The campaign loses the water shot because the water is ninety minutes away. The wedding loses the ceremony because the hall has another party at six. The school loses the final because the ground was promised to someone else. We kept every kind of ground inside one boundary - and we say yes to the school match and the fashion campaign in the same week.

- Every deposit is refundable in full.
- The below-10 resident rate covers the first four hours; each additional hour is Rs 1,000, of which Rs 300 goes to the service staff.

The practical answers, before you have to ask.
How many vehicles can come in?
At the lake area, 10 to 20 cars. The club house and ground side takes 50 to 60. Buses park just outside the gate.
Is there power on site?
Mains power at the club house and ground. Generators are welcome if your production or event needs one - there isn't one on site, so bring your own.
Are there changing rooms and washrooms?
A large changing block serves the club house and ground - five changing rooms and four washrooms, with two female toilets and one male toilet.
Can we fly a drone?
Yes - drone photography and filming are allowed over the property.
How late can the music play?
Amplified music is fine within Sri Lanka's standard noise regulations.
How many people does the club house hold?
Around 200 seated, or 300 to 400 standing.
Can alcohol be served?
Yes, at private functions.
What happens if it rains?
The booking runs rain or shine. Covered fallbacks - tents, marquees - are the organiser's to arrange, and the seasonal notes on the enquiry form tell you which months to plan for one.
Can an event run overnight?
No - bookings run through the day and wrap by night.
Is there a deposit?
Yes - club house bookings carry a refundable deposit scaled to your guest count. The rates section lists each tier with its deposit.
